With competition Judging on Saturday from Great British Bake Off Winner Jo Wheatley, and competition judging on Sunday from Celebrity Chef Lesley Waters.

Professional Bakers & Chef’s Challenge The Petit Four Challenge, chefs should display an assortment of 3 petit fours. Professional chefs and bakers only
